How to Drink Whey

- Knife
- Strawberries
- Blender
- Skim milk
- Yogurt
- Walnut

Peel a banana and chop it into small chunks. Cut the tops off 1 cup of strawberries and discard; cut the strawberries in half lengthwise.

Fill a blender with 1/2 cup skim milk and a 1/2 cup yogurt (the flavor is up to you). Add the fruit and pour in the recommended amount of whey protein powder.

Place the lid firmly on the blender. Hold down on the lid and mix until the ingredients combine and have a slushy texture.

Pour the smoothie into a cup. Top it with two pinches of crushed walnuts. Drink slowly to avoid the "brain freeze" effect.
