Consult a physician to discuss the relative merits and risks of HCG. There are certain medical conditions that preclude you from HCG, such as asthma, so you should make sure that HCG is safe.

Take regular HCG supplements. You can either inject HCG or take it orally; you should probably take it orally, unless you feel extremely comfortable injecting yourself.

Reduce complex carbohydrates from your diet.

Perform regular weight training every second day, at least three times a week. Focus on large compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts and bench presses to stimulate a lot of muscle growth.

Perform high-intensity interval cardio training on your days that you don't lift weights. This is training where you bring your heart rate to around 75 percent of your maximum for a minute, then reduce to an easy level for two minutes, then repeat until you've done around 10 minutes of high intensity. Of course, you can do two minute sets and four minute rests if you like, or any other amount.
