Add 1 rounded teaspoon of psyllium husk powder to an 8 oz. glass of liquid. Psyllium husk powder can be added to juice, water, soy, rice drink and milk.

Stir the powder briskly to dissolve as much of it as possible. Add more liquid and stir it if the drink is too thick.

Drink the psyllium husk concoction immediately. Take the supplement one to three times per day for good health.
