How to Mix Protein Shakes
Shakes are good for a quick meal or as a pre-workout snack. Adding protein is a great way to gain energy and nutrition. Protein helps muscles recover from a hard workout and is essential for bulking up. Protein shakes can get boring if you're drinking them two to three times a day, so mix and match ingredients for exciting new shake flavors.Things You'll Need
