Start drinking Aloe Vera juice with 2 oz. twice a day, once in the morning and once with your evening meal. Work your way up to 8 oz. daily, with 4 oz. in the morning and 4 in the evening.

Buy your Aloe Vera juice in a flavored beverage such as pomegranate or raspberry. These Aloe Vera juices are available at your local health food stores.

Mix your Aloe Vera juice with orange juice, cranberry juice, or even apple juice to add a little flavor to your dosage. Aloe Vera juice also goes well over ice either with or without juice.

Aloe Vera juice can also be mixed in with your favorite juicer beverages such as freshly made carrot juice. Aloe Vera will only increase the benefits of your juicing beverages and aid in your digestion.
