    Electrolytes

    • Goat whey contains plenty of electrolytes, which are electrically charged ions. For 2 tbsp. of powdered goat whey, this includes 189 mg of sodium and 884 mg of potassium. It also contains 313 mg of calcium, 280 mg of chloride, 249 mg of phosphorus and 24 mg of magnesium. These help maintain the membrane potentials of cells.

    Other Minerals

    • Goat whey contains 0.78 of a mg of zinc (which is used in over 80 enzymes in the human body) and 0.51 of a mg of iron. It has 58 micrograms of molybdenum and 12 micrograms of chromium. Additionally, it has 2.2 micrograms of selenium, 17 micrograms of copper and 1.5 micrograms of manganese.
