PABA in Vitamins

PABA, or para-aminobenzoic acid, is a substance found in foods containing the B-vitamin complex, such as liver, whole grains, mushrooms and spinach. It's important for healthy skin and hair, as well as for muscle building. PABA is often found in multiple vitamin and B-vitamin supplements.
