How to Increase Urinary Flow
It is common for men to experience urinary changes as they age. These changes can occur due to an enlargement of the prostate gland caused by a medical condition known as benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH. BPH can restrict the flow of urine and may cause the flow to stop completely, which makes urine accumulate in the bladder. You can increase your urinary flow during the early stages of BPH by taking herbs such as saw palmetto and stinging nettle extracts.Things You'll Need

Visit your local health food or supplement store to purchase stinging nettle and saw palmetto herbal supplements. Decide which supplement is more suitable for you to take orally for stinging nettle, capsules or tinctures. Capsules are easy to swallow, but may require several pills. Tinctures are strong and can be absorbed easily into the body, but may have a strong taste. Saw palmetto is taken only in capsule form.
