How to Add Protein Powder to Oatmeal
Things You'll Need
- One serving of oatmeal
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water, milk, or soy milk
- Powdered protein nutritional supplement (flavored or plain)
- Spoon
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
- Fresh fruit (optional)
- Cinnamon or other spices/seasonings (optional)

Prepare a serving of your favorite brand of breakfast oatmeal with at least 1/4 cup of water, milk or soy milk.

Remove the prepared oatmeal from heat and add one scoop of protein powder (about 1 to 2 tbsps.) to the bowl. Stir the oatmeal to mix the powder in, adding enough additional liquid (milk or water) to produce the desired consistency.

Sweeten the oatmeal with the sweetener of your choice.

Garnish with fruit, such as berries, if desired.
