1
Use the psyllium husk powder first thing in the morning to help with weight loss or appetite control. Read the label of your psyllium powder. Take half of the daily dose (usually a teaspoon or so) in the morning by mixing it with water and stirring. Wait a few minutes for it to become a bit sludgy and drink it down. Psyllium is flavorless, so if you'd like some flavor, add juice or an all-natural, low-calorie sweetener. Follow with another glass of water and wait half an hour before eating anything.
