      Shake liquid formula very well before using.

      Take 3 tbsp. daily for quick action or as directed by a trainer. Amino Fuel liquid may be taken with a meal or between meals, before workouts or after physical activity.

      For best results, use in conjunction with a low-fat diet and exercise program.

    Amino Fuel Tablets

      You may have difficulty swallowing these large tablets. If so, crush into a fine powder with a pill crusher or between two spoons.

      Take 4 tablets a day with meals or as directed by a trainer with plenty of liquid. If crushed into powder, mix with a large glass of water.
