The vitamin content of bee pollen includes B-complex vitamins, vitamin D, vitamin C, and vitamin E. Pollen also has high levels of rutin.

Bee pollen contains the minerals: Calcium, Chlorine, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorous, Potassium, Silicon and Sulfur. It may also have up to fifty-nine different trace minerals.
