Melatonin

"Natural Anabolics" further confirms this by citing studies in which melatonin was shown to increase growth hormone production during intense exercise. Melatonin can have a sedative effect, much like GABA, and should be taken with caution.
L-Glutamine

Many athletes and training enthusiasts use glutamine to speed up recovery after intense exercise. In addition, L-glutamine may help coax the pituitary gland into releasing more growth hormone. Even doses as small as one gram may significantly enhance GH in training athletes.
CDP-Choline
