Hemogex Side Effects

Hemogex is a product which is designed to increase energy, support muscle growth, speed up metabolism, lower body, and decrease the amount of time needed to recover from a workout. The main active ingredient in Hemogex is human growth hormone. It is meant to be used approximately one hour before a workout, but it can also be taken before bed. The product should not be used by those who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or nursing. Consult your doctor before use is you have any pre-existing health conditions.

Nausea

• Hemogex can cause nausea in some users. The body generally needs three to four days to develop a tolerance to a supplement. After this initial period, feelings of nausea should be minimal to non-existent. If nausea continues after the first week of use, consider using an alternate supplement. Alternately, an anti-emetic could be used, which is a drug that reduces nausea.

Effects On Mentality

• Taking a product containing human growth hormone, such as Hemogex, can affect brain function. Human growth hormones cause the body to produce more testosterone. Increased levels of testosterone can lead to aggression, increased anxiety, depression and other mental side effects. If you have a family history of or are being treated for a mental health issue, make sure to consult your doctor before use.

Cardiovascular Issues

• Hemogex can cause your blood pressure to rise and may also cause an increase in heart rate. This is because Hemogex increases metabolic rate when ingested. If used as directed, the increases in heart rate and blood pressure should be minimal and subside approximately one hour after use. Taking too much Hemogex may cause these issues to subsist for a longer period. Those with a heart condition, or another pre-existing cardiovascular health issue should consult a physician before use.

Drug Interactions

• Hemogex contains chromium picolinate, which may interact with other drugs that you are already taking. If you use insulin, make sure to monitor your blood sugar levels closely, as chromium picolinate can cause a decline in blood sugar levels. The prescription drug Levothyroxine can block the absorption of chromium picolinate. This can be avoided be taking Hemogex a few hours before taking Levothyroxine. Do not take products containing chromium picolinate with NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as ibuprofen, naproxen, piroxicam and aspirin. Taking them with chromium picolinate can cause liver damage.

Constipation

• Hemogex may cause constipation because an increase in testosterone levels (caused by ingesting human growth hormone), increases the metabolic rate. An increased metabolic rate can expedite the rate at which fluids are excreted from the body via perspiration and urination. To avoid this side effect, make sure to consume plenty of fluids while taking Hemogex.
