  • Ascorbic acid powder

      Mix 2 tbsp. ascorbic acid powder with 1 tbsp. baking soda.

      Add a small amount of water. The mixture will begin to fizz.

      Mix gently until the fizzing stops. What you have left is sodium ascorbate.
