Cell Tech FAQ

People are constantly looking for an edge in the gym to improve their performance, lift heavier weights and ultimately improve their body. A lot of companies selling supplements claim to be able to help you with this by adding pounds of muscle and skyrocketing your strength. But most of their ingredients haven't been tested. Creatine, the primary ingredient in Cell Tech, has been tested time and time again, and proven to increase strength, muscle and fitness. But everyone should know as much as possible about what they're putting in their bodies and make sure that all their questions are answered.
  1. What is Cell Tech?

    • Cell Tech is a creatine product that contains a number of ingredients. These ingredients include Vitamin C, magnesium, phosophorus, chromium, sodium, potassium, creatine monohydrate, Creatine malate, creatine taurinate, taurine, betaine hcl, taurine ethyl ester HCL, l-glutamine alpha-ketoglutarate, mulberry extract, dextrose, trehalose and d-mannose. It is designed to increase your level of strength and anaerobic endurance.

    What is creatine?

    • Creatine was first discovered almost 200 years ago and can be found naturally in the human body. It is made in the body by the kidney, pancreas and liver. It can also be found naturally in our food supply, especially in fish and steak. It is stored in your muscles where it acts to replenish and maintain your muscle's energy, allowing you to work harder for longer in the gym. The specific energy source is adenosine triphosphate, also known as ATP.

    How do I take it?

    • There are essentially two stages to taking Cell Tech--loading stage and the maintenance stage. The reason that there are two stages is that you need to help saturate your muscles with the ingredients in the product. Once you do, you're able to lower the dosage while still reaping the same benefits of the initial higher dose.

Loading phase: This phase lasts for seven days. Take four scoops (the equivalent of two servings) mixed with 16 oz. of water. If the taste is too strong, increase the amount of water. If it is too weak, decrease the amount of water. Take two scoops first thing in the morning or before working out, and another at night.

Maintenance phase: Take two scoops every day with your preferred amount of water. Try to take the dose 30 minutes before going to the gym if possible.

    How does it work?

    • Cell Tech primarily works by essentially saturating your muscles with an abundance of creatine. This, in turn, provides your muscles with an extended reserve of ATP, allowing you to increase the intensity of your workouts.

The dextrose in Cell Tech helps increase the absorption of the creatine. The taurine, betaine hcl, taurine ethyl ester HCL and l-glutamine alpha-ketoglutarate have been added to make your body's cells receptive to not only creatine, but nutrients as well.

    Are there any side effects?

    • First and foremost, you should always consult your primary care physician to discuss any supplements that you're considering using, as well as any new exercise routines. One of the primary concerns is that an ingredient in Cell Tech might negatively interact with any medication that you might be on. Aside from this, Cell Tech can potentially cause what is known as the "bloat effect," a slight and temporary puffy appearance that results from the increase consumption and absorption of water. Also, because of the carbohydrate content, diabetics should be concerned about changes in insulin levels.
