How to Use Chlorella Pyrenoidosa

Chlorella pyrenoidosa is a type of green algae used as a nutritional supplement. It is cultivated from freshwater ponds and changed into capsule form in laboratories. Manufacturers claim it contains a variety of vitamins and minerals including calcium, vitamins B6 and B12, biotin, vitamin C, potassium, vitamin E, magnesium and folic acid. Be advised that these claims have not been adequately reviewed by the FDA, and may be completely unfounded.

Instructions

    • 1

Begin by taking 1 gram of chlorella pyrenoidosa a day. It can be taken at any point during the day, with or without a meal.

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any unpleasant side effects like nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
