How to Use Dexatrim

Dexatrim is a brand of appetite suppressing nutritional supplements that are used to aid in weight loss. Dexatrim has gone through many changes through the years. It first appeared as a weight loss supplement in the 1980s and contained ephedra as the main active ingredient. After ephedra was recalled by the Food and Drug Administration, Dexatrim made changes to its formula, and today the active ingredients are green tea extract, ginseng and caffeine.
