The Effects of Zantrex 3

Zantrex 3 is a diet supplement available over the counter. Zantrex 3 is manufactured by Zoller Laboratories and promises that users will have extreme weight loss as well as high energy while using the diet pill. It does not contain ephedra, instead using xanthine and other herbal blends as the active ingredients. The side effects of Zantrex 3 should be considered prior to using this supplement.
  1. Usage

    • In order to achieve results with Zantrex 3, the manufacturer recommends that you have two capsules at least 15 minutes before each meal. You should take the Zantrex 3 with a full glass of water and continue to drink a generous amount of water throughout the day. It is not recommended that you take more than two servings within an eight-hour period.

    Claims

    • Zantrex 3 claims to help a person rapidly drop weight, but does not provide any research to substantiate this claim. Also, the claims found on the packaging of Zantrex 3 have not been approved by the FDA. The product relies heavily on stimulants, which can lead to spikes in energy, but will not necessarily cause a person to lose weight.

    Side Effects

    • Because of the high level of caffeine and niacin in Zantrex 3, the user might experience a range of side effects. The niacin might cause a person to feel flushed or experience itching. Other possible side effects include upset stomach, headaches, sweating and skin redness. Withdrawal from the caffeine after you stop using Zantrex 3 can cause severe headaches.

    Considerations

    • One of the central ingredients in Zantrex 3 is xanthine, which contains a high amount of caffeine. The user will consume about 300mg of caffeine per serving and the stimulant is what causes the person's high energy level. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine, you should avoid Zantrex 3.

    Warning

    • You must consult your doctor before using Zantrex 3 as a way to lose weight. Do not take the diet supplement if you are breastfeeding, pregnant, suffer from a heart condition or have any serious medical problem.
