Eat right. The idea of Nitro Tech is to add it to a healthy eating plan to increase muscle size and strength. To do this, eat 6 meals a day every 2 to 3 hours. Eat a regular meal and have three Nitro Tech shakes a day for maximal results. Alternate the whole food meals with the shakes.

Prepare the shakes. To use the shakes, place 1 to 2 scoops of Nitro Tech into a shaker cup. Add 4 to 8 ounces of cold water or milk in the cup, shake it thoroughly and drink it.

Consume plenty of water. Whenever you take any supplements, it is important to drink plenty of water to help aid in assimilation and to take stress off the kidneys. Drinking water will also help you stay hydrated during your workouts.

Do a shake after your workout. Post-workout nutrition is very important. Your muscles are damaged, and they are thirsting for nutrients to begin the recovery process. At this point, mix the Nitro Tech with a fast absorbing carbohydrate as this will shuttle the nutrients into your muscle cells faster. Some examples would be grape juice or honey, or you can even eat a 1/2 cup of raisins with your shake.

Make some pudding. You can also make Nitro Tech into a pudding-like consistency to eat it like a desert, but this can still be counted as a meal. Instead of using a shaker cup, place 1 to 2 scoops in a bowl. Place a chopped up ripe banana in the bowl, 1 tsp. of cinnamon and 1 Tbsp. of agave syrup in it. Now mash it to a pulp with a spoon and fork until it turns into a pudding.
