How to Make Green Tea Extract
Things You'll Need
- 2 clean containers, large enough to hold 4 cups of liquid. (At least one container should have a lid.)
- 3 1/2 oz. (about 7 tbsp.) of green tea
- 4 cups of still (not sparkling) mineral water
- Straining device, such as a sieve or cheesecloth

Combine the tea with the mineral water.

Steep the tea at room temperature for 1 hour.

Pour the tea into the lidded container, straining the tea as you pour.

Refrigerate the covered tea extract.
