Difference Between Soy Protein & Whey Protein
Getting protein in your diet can be difficult, unless you consume meat. Whey protein and soy protein are both vegetarian options that are high in protein. Each type of protein can be found in supplement form, and are often used by bodybuilders or other individuals to increase muscle mass. In order to determine which type of protein is best for your needs, it is good to know the difference between them.-

Soy protein comes from the soybean plant. Whey protein is derived from milk. Strict vegetarians who do not drink dairy products or people with dairy intolerances may wish to choose soy protein.
