MiracleBurn Side Effects

Many people have a difficult time losing weight. It's not that there's anything wrong with them, it's just that it can be hard for some folks to actually drop the weight. When this happens, a number of them begin turning to weight-loss supplements, including the very popular MiracleBurn. But there are some potential risks you may run when on this additive--even though the makers claim there are no side effects.
  1. Identification

    • MiracleBurn is basically an herbal supplement that is said to help people lose weight "naturally and effectively." Its unique blend of ingredients is claimed to not only assist you in meeting your weight-loss goals, but also curb your appetite, increase the rate of your metabolism and burn excess body fat. Of course, you'll also need to subscribe to a change in lifestyle--increasing your amount of exercise and modifying your diet to a lower caloric intake--to actually get results. So even their makers will tell you that these pills alone won't really make you lose weight.

    Effects

    • While its makers claim that the MiracleBurn has no side effects, a number of the ingredients found in this herbal supplement in fact do, which makes it difficult to believe the claims of "total safety." One of the main ingredients is Hoodia, or hoodia gordonii, which is essentially a succulent plant that has been touted as an effective appetite suppressant. Though it does have this natural quality, it may produce the derivatives of nervousness, dizziness or spinning, headaches or migraines, a change in mood (irritability), nausea or vomiting, a change in bowel movements (lessening their frequency), loss of appetite, an irritation in the stomach or intestines, dangerously low blood sugar and a racing of the heart.

    Other Ingredients

    • Besides the active ingredient of Hoodia, MiracleBurn is also made up of other natural ingredients, including Synephrine, Glucomannan, Yerba Mate, GTF Chromium, White Willow Bark and L-Carnitine. And much like Hoodia, each has its own potential risks and side effects. Due to one or more of these ingredients, some people have experienced headaches, dizziness, gas, bloating or nausea, mild to severe diarrhea, abdominal pain, sweating and flushing, irritability, tremors, a change in blood sugar levels (an extreme lowering), trouble breathing or a shortness of breath, an increase in blood pressure, a change in heart rate and even arrhythmias.

    Considerations

    • Since MiracleBurn is considered an herbal supplement, it is not held to the same standards or subject to the same regulations as prescription drugs. What does this actually mean to you? Not only does it pose a question about the product's actual efficacy when it comes to weight loss, but it brings about a potential problem in drug interaction. There is the possibility that a certain drug you are currently taking for a specific condition may become less effective or create adverse effects to your system when you introduce one or more of the ingredients found in MiracleBurn. Without proper and prolonged testing, there is no way to fully gauge the frequency of possible derivatives, the severity of these effects or even the effectiveness of the supplement related to its claims.

    Warning

    • While it is not a true side effect, some people have suffered from an allergic reaction to one or more of the ingredients in MiracleBurn. Symptoms of such a reaction would include hive or rash, an itching sensation, a swelling or tightening of throat and mouth, a swelling of the lips or tongue, a difficulty in breathing or swallowing and a wheezing. If you experience one of these or any other symptoms, stop taking MiracleBurn and contact your doctor immediately.
