Basic Alkaline Lemon Water Recipe
-
1
Fill a pitcher with 1 gallon of filtered water.
-
2
Add 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 1 teaspoon of coral calcium powder to the filtered water. Stir the water with a long-handled stirring spoon until the salt and calcium powder are dissolved.
-
3
Wash a fresh lemon, cut it in half, and extract the juice by grinding the halves on a citrus juicer.
-
4
Pour the juice into the water and stir thoroughly. The lemon alkaline water is ready to serve.
-
5
Stir the lemon alkaline water before each additional pouring, as any salt and coral calcium powder that didn't completely dissolve may settle in the bottom of the pitcher.

Stir the contents of the pitcher thoroughly, place a cover on it, and chill the mint-flavored alkaline water in your refrigerator.
