How to Combine Chlorophyll & Chromium

Chlorophyll, a nutritional antioxidant, is a pigment found in green plants; it helps them metabolize energy as carbohydrates during photosynthesis. A nutritional powerhouse, it is a blood cleanser, natural deodorizer, a scavenger of health-damaging free radicals and a fast-acting defense for food poisoning, according to the Turn Around Your Health website. Chromium, a mineral, is required in trace amounts by humans to maintain good blood sugar levels. Chromium is found in meats, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. These two nutritional supplements also are available in liquid and tablet form. The two can be combined by taking simultaneous doses of their manufactured forms or by eating raw or gently steamed foods containing them.
