How to Drink Asea
Asea is a dietary redox-signaling supplement which is purported to slow down the process of aging. Asea contains natural molecules which aid the immune system of an aging body. When we age, our cellular production decreases, but redox molecules are responsible for replacing and protecting these cells. Asea contains redox molecules, and, according to the makers of the supplement, taking it helps restore a proper balance of cells in the body. These molecules support the immune system, the makers of Asea say, and the product is promoted as an immune booster.Instructions

Read about Asea to determine if it can help you, or speak to a doctor if you're unsure. Information is available from Asea's Web site, and you can request more information to be sent to you directly via e-mail or telephone. Also read independent research. Syndicated medical columnist Peter H. Gott believes Asea is merely a fad.

Choose a time of day, once a day, during which you can drink Asea. Do not mix it with other drinks or food. The makers of Asea recommend drinking it once a day, but according to Gott, there is no need for a daily dose in order to keep redox levels high. If you want to drink it daily, choose a comfortable time, such as in the evening, to drink Asea on its own. Asea's makers recommended that you drink it on an empty stomach, about 20 minutes before exercising, if you plan on exercising. If you don't drink Asea everyday, choose days on which you exercise to drink it.

Pour Asea into a plastic or glass cup or glass, but do not drink it straight from the bottle. Asea's maker's recommend adults age 18 and older should drink 2 to 4 ounces once a day. Limit that drink to 2 ounces if you are between the ages of 12 and 18.

Drink Asea in one serving and all at once. Do not mix Asea with water or other drinks. If mixed with juice, you lower the effectiveness of the supplement. You may drink water afterward. Drink about eight glasses of water daily to stay hydrated while drinking Asea.
