Types of South Beach Phase 1 Desserts

The South Beach Diet is a diet plan that was designed by Dr. Agatston. There are a total of three phases. The first phase lasts for two weeks and is the strictest phase. Phase II is not quite as strict and will end as soon as the dieter reaches her ideal weight. The third phase is a life-long maintenance plan.
