Compensation Plan Ratings
-
USANA's compensation plan is a binary one. A salesperson selling the product needs to sponsor two people who subsequently work on sponsoring two more people.
A novelty of the plan is that a successful person may end up helping less successful people to establish their two legs. The plan establishes a limit on how much product can be sold and how many people can be introduced to the business at the same time.
