The Minimun Daily Vitamin Requirements

You must consume the proper amount of vitamins and minerals for proper growth, function and body equilibrium. A proper diet should meet the minimum daily vitamin requirements provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. You should obtain your vitamin requirements from natural fruits and vegetables rather than from supplements since you may not entirely absorb supplements due to a lack of other macro- and micro-nutrients that come along with the food.
