Vitamins With High Absorbancy
-
Liquid Vitamins
-
Vitamins in liquid form are absorbed much more quickly than vitamins in pill or powder form. This is because as soon as the vitamins are ingested, they are absorbed directly into the blood stream. In addition, when they are in liquid form, 90 to 95 percent of the vitamin is absorbed into the body. This is beneficial to the body because most of the vitamin will be absorbed, instead of lost to the digestion process like vitamins in pill forms.
Water-Soluble Vitamins
-
Water-soluble vitamins are vitamins that are included in the B and C vitamin groups. Water-soluble vitamins are vitamins that dissolve easily in water. Therefore these vitamins are also highly absorbent because they can become a liquid form when dissolved in water and absorb into the blood stream at a very rapid rate.
Vitamin A
-
Vitamin A is one of the fastest absorbing fat-soluble vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins are stored in fat tissue and then used at a later time. Vitamin A has been linked to benefiting the processes of vision. It can be found in foods that are high in beta-carotene, which are typically foods that are orange and red color. When Vitamin A is ingested into the body, 70 to 90 percent of it is absorbed into the body in the intestines. Vitamin A is absorbed so rapidly that it reaches its maximum absorption six hours after digestion.
