How to Take Vitamins & Cold Medicine Together
There are many different viruses that can cause a cold. However, the chances of catching a cold increase when an individual is psychologically stressed or has allergies. Stress weakens the immune system, and allergies are a sign of an already weakened immune system. Taking vitamins is a great way to help strengthen the immune system and help the body recover from the common cold. Cold medicines help to relieve the symptoms of a cold, but they cannot actually cure a cold or boost the immune system. Taking a cold medicine along with taking vitamins can help you both feel better and get well faster.Things You'll Need
