How to Use the Points Calculator
If you're trying to lose weight and are on the Weight Watcher's program, you can use the company's points' calculator to help you achieve your weight-loss goal. Weight Watcher's assigns all foods a "value" (or number of points), while allotting each person a certain number of points to consume per day. You can figure out how many points a certain food has by using the company's PointsPlus Calculator.Instructions

1
Visit the official Weight Watcher's free PointsPlus calculator website.

2
Enter into the calculator the number of fat grams in the food you want to eat (the package label will have the info). Press "Tab."

3

-
4
Enter the the number of protein grams, and press "Tab."
-

Finally, enter the number of fiber grams, and press "Tab."

Press "=" (the equal sign); the PointsPlus Calculator will generate a number value for the food. If you have enough daily points left to "spend" on the food, you can choose to eat that particular food. You would then enter those points in the calculator, which would deduct them from your daily allowance. By not going over the assigned number of points each day, you'll lose weight.
