Go to the website http://nutritiondata.self.com/tools/calories-burned to record the weight and height that you measured. Also add in your gender, age and activity level.

Click the Calculate button to receive the estimated number of calories you burn daily. The result is based on what you entered into the form, so the more accurate you are the more accurate your results.
