Increase your calorie intake. This can be done by eating larger meals throughout the day that are also less healthy. For example, replace a salad and juice for lunch with a cheeseburger and soda.

Stop exercising. Avoid running and any other cardiovascular activity you might normally do. To increase belly fat you must avoid activities that help burn fat.

Eat three large meals a day and spread them out as far as you can. Make sure to eat before you go to bed, this will increase your amount of belly fat because your body will have no time to burn off the calories -- so the calories will become stored fat. Remember to eat lots of carbohydrates and fats as they are challenging to burn off when you're avoiding exercise. Foods high in fat include pizza, burgers, whole milk, ice cream. High carbohydrate foods include bagels, white rice and baked beans. In addition, make sure to go to bed late -- this will aid in gaining belly fat.
