Include soy and grapes in your breakfast. Since soy and grapes are low in fat calories and high in fiber, they can fill you up without unwanted calories. Make a shake with soft tofu and grapes. Use ½ cup soft tofu, 1 cup soy milk, 1 cup grapes and ½ cup vanilla yogurt and blend well. Instead of regular milk, use soy milk on your cereal and top it with some fresh grapes. Grape juice is rich in resveratrol and drinking a glass in the morning helps burn fat.

Use soy or soy product as your protein intake. Soy is a good source of dietary protein and has all the essential amino acids that your body needs. Cut one slab of firm tofu into cubes and stir fry them with fresh vegetables for a healthy complete meal. Lightly season slices of firm tofu with Cajun seasoning and pan-fry or grill them. Use them with salad or in sandwiches. You can also add cubed tofu to soup.

Snack on soy and grapes instead of processed snacks. Steam or boil edamame -- green soybeans -- for 7 to 10 minutes and sprinkle with kosher salt for a nutritious snack. Enjoy fresh grapes as snacks. Wash a handful, 15 grapes is the equivalent to one serving, and eat them either chilled or at room temperature. Roasted soy nuts also make good snacks. Mix roasted ½ cup soy nuts, ¼ cup raisins and ¼ cup almonds for a healthy trail mix.

Use soy and grapes in desserts and casseroles. Make a tofu casserole by mixing 4 oz. soft tofu, 4 eggs, 1 stalk of chopped green onion, 1 tbsp. of soy sauce, 1 tsp. of sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Bake it at 375 Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. For a quick dessert, add grapes to fruit salad or use them to top soy ice cream or soy yogurt. Use grapes as filling for pies and tarts.
