How to Use P90X Bands

Hold one end of the band in one hand and the handle in the other. Insert the resistance band into the opening notch of the handle. When connecting the band to the handle, make sure that the smooth part of the handle is facing upward and that the open side of the handle is facing the opposite direction.

Tug on the handle and band to ensure that the band has snapped securely into place within the notch. Repeat the steps to attach the remaining handle on the other end of the band.

Perform your desired resistance band workout using smooth, controlled and rhythmic movements when pulling and releasing the bands.
