How to Make Your Own Weight Gainer
Things You'll Need
- Blender
- 4 bananas
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1 c. strawberries
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. honey

Peel four bananas, and slice them into large pieces. Place the pieces into a blender.

Pour 1 c. whole milk into the blender.

Measure 1 c. sliced strawberries, and add the slices to the blender.

Measure 1 c. peanut butter, and add to the blender.

Measure 1/2 c. honey, and pour into the blender.

Turn the blender on, and blend all of the ingredients together until they are a mixed-together liquid.
