How to Measure Wrist Frame Size
Knowledge of your frame size can contribute to several facets of your life. It can help you select clothes that fit you well, as some garments are designed for those with especially small or large frames. Your frame size also makes a difference for your optimal healthy weight; someone with a very large frame can healthily weigh more than someone with a very small frame, even if the two people are the same height. Measuring your frame by your wrist size is very simple.Things You'll Need
