How to Count Calories With the Calorie King
Monitoring your caloric intake can be an important part of healthy living. Knowing exactly how many calories you are eating with every meal can help you become more conscious of what you are putting into your body. Access the internet on a computer and go to www.calorieking.com.

Type in the food you want the calorie count for into the text field below "Food Search" and press "Enter."

Locate the food on the list it presents you. If you typed in something like "hamburger," it will give you a multitude of options. Click the option which most closely represents the food you are interested in.

Choose a serving size from the drop down menu list next to the food item. The amount of calories in the food item will be show to the left, as well as a general set of nutrition facts.

To calculate the amount of calories in an entire meal, repeat steps two through four for each food item, making note of the amount of calories in each, and add up the calories.
