How to Use a C6 Nike Watch
The Nike Triax C6 is a handy tool for the avid or infrequent exerciser. In addition to monitoring your heart rate, the Triax C6 monitors the number of calories burn during your session, as well as the elapsed time of your exercise. The belt-style transmitter makes it ideal for running, jogging or walking, but it's also effective for other types of exercise.Instructions

1
Prepare for your session as you normally would. Retrieve the Nike Triax C6. Connect the back ends (opposite of the transmitter) together using the plastic tabs. Wrap the transmitter belt around your torso. It should be directly against your skin, right beneath your breast plate. Make sure the transmitter is fairly snug; tighten it if necessary. Apply water generously to the back part of the transmitter. According to Nike, this allows the transmitter to better pick up your pulse.
