How to Get Rid of Flabby Arms Fast
Nothing puts a damper on warm, summer weather than buying a tank top or sundress, only to discover that the outfit exaggerates your loose, flabby arms. Arm fat generally develops over time in conjunction with poor eating habits or lack of exercise. There are several ways you can quickly reduce the amount of fat on your arms and begin toning your arm and shoulder muscles. This will result in firmer, stronger arms that you'll be proud to show off.Things You'll Need

1
Do push ups. Lie on your stomach and place your hands on either side of your shoulders. Push your body up slowly so that your hands and feet remain on the floor while your legs, abdomen and shoulders are elevated. Lower your body slowly and repeat 10 times. If you have never done push ups before, perform a modified version by leaving your knees on the floor while you lift the rest of your body.

2
Punch. Even if you do not have access to a punching bag, alternately punch your arms forward in a swift and methodical movement. Punch for two minutes, or until your arms begin to feel sore.

3
Lift weights. Use two 5-pound to 10-pound hand weights to begin strengthening your upper arms and decrease arm flab. Place your arms firmly at your sides and lift up, moving only your lower arm. Allow your upper arm to remain firmly in place and squeeze the muscles as you lift the weight. Repeat 10 times. Gradually increase the size of the weights as you gain arm strength. While heavier weights will result in thinner arms, weight increases must be gradual to avoid sprained muscles.

Monitor your eating habits. One of the quickest ways to minimize arm fat is to lose a few pounds. When you reduce your weight, your fat decreases throughout your entire body. Eat balanced, well-rounded meals full of fruits and vegetables and low in fats and sugar.
