How to Measure Water Weight in a Human

A majority of your weight is composed of the water in your body. Body water composes roughly two-thirds of the human body and is distributed across the body in various organs and systems. Most of your body water is contained in your blood, lean muscle tissue, bone marrow, and body fat.
