  1. Adding Paprika to Your Diet

      Mix 1 tsp. ground paprika and 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper into a bowl of chicken noodle soup. In addition to boosting metabolism, the spices will help clear sinuses.

      Make a salad dressing using paprika. Mix 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Shake well and pour over grilled vegetables or salad.

      Make a paprika cocktail. Take 12 ounces tomato juice, 1 1/2 tsp. paprika, the juice of 1 lime, and 1/2 cup of ice. Blend together for a quick refreshing drink.

      Add paprika to your baked potato. Saute broccoli. Mix 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper to 2 tbsp. sour cream. Top baked potato with broccoli and paprika-spiced sour cream.

      Love pizza crust or dipping bread? Melt half a cup of salted butter. Mix with 1 tsp. garlic powder, a pinch of oregano, 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper and 1/2 tsp. paprika. Mix well and dip bread.
