      Compute the following numbers: (4.3 x weight in lbs.) + (4.7 x heights in inches) - (4.7 x age in years) + 655.

      Multiply your result from Step 1 by one of the following numbers: .2 if you are inactive, .3 if you are lightly active, .40 if your are moderately active or .5 if you are extremely active.

      Add the result from Step 2 to the result from Step 1.

    • 4

      Eat this number of calories daily to maintain your weight.

    • 5

      Cut your calories by a percentage of your total from Step 3 to gradually lose that percentage of weight.
