      Fill out the account information, including your email address, and create a username and password. Click "Get Started Now" when you are finished.

      Choose either of the two program options, both of which will give you full access to the Spark People calorie tracker. Fill out the information on the following pages required by the program you choose, including information such as height, weight and goals.

      Choose "Nutrition Tracker" from the "My Tools" list on the left of the page.
