How to Download a Free Exercise Chart

If you're beginning a new exercise routine, one of the easiest and most inexpensive ways to keep track of your daily progress is to download a free exercise chart. Free exercise charts allow you to record the time and date of your workout, as well as the type of training you did. The charts are easy to download and print for use at home or at the gym. Whether you're doing cardio workouts, weight training or yoga, tracking your exercise habits can make it easier for you to stay on track and meet your fitness goals.
