This is a fairly simple diet to follow and you should see fast results.
Rules of the 12 Day Grapefruit Diet
* Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
* Cut out all caffeineFoods to Avoid
* Carbohydrates - Potatoes, bread, and starchy vegetables
* Deserts and sweets -

Breakfast
* 2 eggs cooked any way
* 1/2 a grapefruit or 1 glass of 100% grapefruit juice
* 2 slices bacon -

Lunch
* A whole grapefruit or 1 big glass of 100% grapefruit juice
* Big salad with your favorite dressing
* 1 serving (the size of your palm) of any kind of meat -

Dinner
* 1 whole grapefruit or 1 big glass of 100% grapefruit juice
* 1 Big serving of veggies or salad
* 1 serving (the size of your palm) of any kind of meat
