How to Suppress Appetite

A healthy diet means a healthy appetite, however often people consume unnecessary calories. This extra consumption of calories is usually your body's thirst disguised as hunger. We gain a great deal of water from the foods we eat so our bodies react with hunger knowing you will consume food that likely contains water, thus quenching our thirst. The key to suppressing an appetite is to maintain optimal hydration, and snack on healthful fruits and vegetables.
