Cut out sodium. All sodium. Soups, Gatorade, chips, have lots of sodium. All of these retain water, you'll need to get it out of your system.

Run Run Run. Wear lots of clothes to sweat it out when you go running. You should be able to ring out the sweat (gross, I know). You'll need to push yourself like nothing else.

Cut out all bad foods, which pretty much goes without saying. No salad dressing, no candy, chocolate or soda. Alcohol should probably take a back seat too. You'll only be drinking water.

Find a good sauna. Don't ruin yourself in there, make sure someone is in there with you.

Spit. Put jolly rancher's in your mouth and spit out the saliva.
