Which determines the order of draw?

In golf, the order of play, or order of draw, is determined by the player's score relative to par on the previous hole. Stroke play uses the "Ready Golf" system, where players are encouraged to play as quickly as possible, irrespective of their place on the course. Thus, the player nearest to the hole at the previous hole plays next. If two or more players are tied, the player with the lowest score in the previous round gets to play first, and so on.
